Insurance
Every rental vehicle is covered by mandatory third-party liability insurance. Additional coverage is available according to the price list: CDW (vehicle damage, excluding glass and tires), SCDW (CDW with deductible waiver), TP (vehicle theft) and PAI (driver and passenger accident). Insurance does not cover damages caused by violations of provisions from section 4.
Personal data protection
We process your personal data exclusively for the purpose of contract execution and legal obligations, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). The full Privacy Policy is available on this website. You have the right to access, rectify, delete and transfer data as well as the right to object.
Terms modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms with at least 30 days' advance notice. Modifications do not apply to already confirmed reservations.
