Where you can pick up and return the vehicle
You pick up and return the vehicle at one of two equally available options: at our office or with delivery to your address. You confirm your choice when making the reservation.
Delivery within the Makarska Riviera area is included in the price. Delivery to Omis and Split is possible with an additional charge according to the price list. Delivery to other locations is also possible by agreement and with an additional charge.
On the day of pickup
When picking up, you present your driver's license, ID card or passport, and a credit or debit card in your own name. Without complete documentation, the vehicle will not be handed over.
Together with our employee, you inspect the vehicle. All remarks regarding damage are recorded in the pickup report. By taking the vehicle without written remarks, you confirm that the vehicle is in proper condition.
Deposit
When picking up, we block the deposit amount on your card according to the current price list. The deposit serves as security for potential damage, fines, and other claims. The block is removed within seven to thirty working days from proper return, except in case of outstanding claims, when it is retained.
Vehicle return
You return the vehicle at the location and time agreed upon when making the reservation. You can request a change of location or time in writing. Late return longer than one hour without prior notice is charged as an additional rental day, and tolerance for late return is possible only in justified cases.
Return at a location different from pickup is charged according to the price list.
