Your Obligations
Fuel: you pick up and return the vehicle with a full tank. If you do not return the vehicle with a full tank, refueling is charged according to the price list.
You are responsible as the User for traffic and parking fines incurred during the rental period. Damage costs not covered by insurance and cleaning costs due to improper use are also charged to the User.
What is Not Permitted
Driving the vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medications that affect driving ability. Smoking in the vehicle. Transporting pets without our written consent. Driving on unclassified roads or using the vehicle for sports purposes. Leaving the territory of the Republic of Croatia without our written consent. Handing over the vehicle to a person not specified in the contract. Exceeding the permitted load capacity of the vehicle.
Damage
We are authorized to report subsequently discovered damage that was not visible upon return within 48 hours of taking over the vehicle. After that period, damage is not charged to the User.
Accident
Secure the accident scene and call the police (192). Without a police report, damage is not covered by insurance. Do not move the vehicle until police arrive, except for safety reasons. Fill out the European accident report and notify us immediately.
Breakdown
Contact us at [number, available 24/7]. We organize towing service within the Republic of Croatia or a replacement vehicle according to availability.
Theft
Immediately report the theft to the police and provide us with confirmation of the report within 24 hours. Without police confirmation, you bear full responsibility for the vehicle's value.
