Vehicle Categories
By making a reservation, you select a vehicle category with specific characteristics (number of seats, body type, transmission type). The specific model, brand, color, and fuel type are not guaranteed.
If the reserved category is not available, we assign a vehicle of the same or higher category at no additional charge. Assignment of a lower category vehicle is only possible with your written consent, with the right to a refund of the price difference.
Before pickup
Requirements for pickup The driver must be at least 21 years old and hold a driving licence of the appropriate category, valid for at least two years. An identification document and a card in the main driver's name are required at pickup. Without these the rental agreement cannot be concluded.
What is included in the rental price
Every rental includes taxes and statutory fees and basic third-party liability insurance. The basic insurance always protects the injured third party, and in the cases laid down by law the insurer may have a right of recourse against the driver, which the renter then bears. Mileage and delivery depend on the category, period and pickup location selected, and what is included in your case is shown with your booking before you confirm it.
Not included in the price fuel, traffic and parking fines, towing costs outside the Republic of Croatia, damage not covered by the agreed coverage package, and services not listed as included.
Additional services
are available according to the current price list: additional driver, SCDW package, GPS device, child and booster seats, towing service within the Republic of Croatia, fuel refill, and vehicle return at another location.
Reservation Cancellation
The reservation is valid upon confirmation and requires accuracy of entered data.
More than 48 hours before pickup - no charge, full refund. Less than 48 hours before pickup - charge equal to one day's rental. No-show without notice - charge equal to the full amount, no refund.
Cancellation is valid only in writing: by email, SMS, or through the form on the website.
During the rental
The vehicle is used in accordance with the rental agreement. Fuel is returned at the level recorded at pickup, and any difference is charged per the service price list. Where a mileage limit applies, excess kilometres are charged per the service price list. Every damage event must be reported immediately to the police and to the lessor.
After return
The vehicle is inspected on return. Costs that cannot be established at that moment, such as fuel, cleaning, repair or fines arriving later, are established afterwards, and for every charge a statement itemising the items and amounts is delivered. The deposit is released after the return and inspection, less any established obligations. A complaint is submitted in writing to the lessor's e-mail address and we reply within 15 days.
The full terms of the rental are set out in the Vehicle Rental Agreement, which is signed at pickup and is available for inspection beforehand. The category, period, mileage, delivery and price apply as shown when your booking is confirmed.
