Vehicle Categories
By making a reservation, you select a vehicle category with specific characteristics (number of seats, body type, transmission type). The specific model, brand, color, and fuel type are not guaranteed.
If the reserved category is not available, we assign a vehicle of the same or higher category at no additional charge. Assignment of a lower category vehicle is only possible with your written consent, with the right to a refund of the price difference.
What is included in the rental price
Every rental includes taxes and legal fees, basic third-party liability insurance, and unlimited mileage. Delivery in the Makarska Riviera area is also included.
Not included in the price are fuel, traffic and parking fines, towing service costs outside the Republic of Croatia, and damage costs not covered by insurance.
Additional services are available according to the current price list: additional driver, SCDW insurance, GPS device, child and booster seats, towing service within the Republic of Croatia, fuel refill, and vehicle return at another location.
Reservation Cancellation
The reservation is valid upon confirmation and requires accuracy of entered data.
More than 48 hours before pickup - no charge, full refund. Less than 48 hours before pickup - charge equal to one day's rental. No-show without notice - charge equal to the full amount, no refund.
Cancellation is valid only in writing: by email, SMS, or through the form on the website.
