You reserve a vehicle category that guarantees certain characteristics (e.g., 5 passengers, 4 doors). Since each category includes several vehicle models and brands, it is not possible to guarantee a specific model. The model, fuel type, and color will depend on the vehicles available at our office on the day of pickup. If a vehicle in your reserved category is not available, we will upgrade you to a higher category free of charge.

Airport service
Vehicle pickup We do not have a counter inside the airport building. Our agent will meet you in front of the Arrivals Terminal. The agent will help you with your luggage and take you to the vehicle.
Vehicle return takes place in front of the Departures Terminal, where our agent will be waiting for you or otherwise as previously arranged.
Vehicle return The place and time of return are agreed upon when picking up the vehicle. You can change the place and time of return at any time.
Vehicle delivery
Hotels: We deliver vehicles to all hotels on the Makarska Riviera free of charge. Delivery to the Omiš Riviera and Split is also possible. The meeting place is the hotel lobby in front of the reception at the agreed reservation time. Information about the parking space is provided to the customer by the receptionist.

Apartments: We deliver vehicles to all apartments and holiday homes on the Makarska Riviera free of charge. Delivery to the Omiš Riviera and Split is also free for rentals longer than 3 days. The meeting place is the specified address. Information about the parking space is provided to the customer by the host. It is necessary to prepare the following documents: driver's license, passport or ID card, and a valid credit card, unless otherwise agreed.
Pickup and return at different locations
We offer the possibility to return the vehicle at a location other than the agreed pickup location, with prior notice. This service is free of charge. In certain cases, a surcharge may apply, depending on the number of rental days and return time, but only with prior consent.
